2-Year Limited Warranty

Joz Guitars warrants that this instrument will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased from Joz Guitars Dealer. It is not transferable.

IMPORTANT: Please retain your original sales receipt, as it is your proof of purchase and validates this Limited Warranty.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must return the complete instrument to Joz Guitars or an Authorized Service Center, with proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period. Joz Guitars will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective components without charge for parts and labor. If repair is not possible, Joz Guitars may, at its discretion, replace the instrument with a comparable model or refund the purchase price.

Shipping (USA):

• 0–90 days from purchase: Joz Guitars pays ground shipping both ways.
• 91–365 days: Customer pays shipping to Joz Guitars; Joz Guitars covers return ground shipping.
• Over 1 year (within 2 years): Customer pays shipping both ways.
  
  International Shipping:
  
  Freight, insurance, and related costs to and from Joz Guitars or an Authorized Service Center are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  Limitations and Exclusions
  
  This Limited Warranty does not cover:
  
  1. Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to: fret wear, nut wear, saddle wear, strings, switches, jacks, plating, tuning machines, and other hardware.
  2. Setups, adjustments, or routine maintenance, including intonation, action, and truss rod adjustments.
  3. Finishes: checking, shrinking, sinking, discoloration, or wear of lacquer, poly, or gloss finishes.
  4. Damage to wood or finish resulting from exposure to extreme temperature, humidity, sunlight, fire, moisture, body salts, perspiration, vinyl/rubber stands or straps, or other environmental factors.
  5. Damage, corrosion, or rust to hardware caused by humidity, salty air, sweat, or exposure to chemicals.
  6. Modifications or customizations made after shipment from Joz Guitars.
  7. Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage.
  8. Acts of Nature, including but not limited to flood, fire, or earthquake.
  9. Instruments whose serial number is missing, altered, or tampered with.
  10. Instruments purchased from anyone other than an Authorized Joz Guitars Dealer.
  11. Instruments serviced by unauthorized persons (any person other than a Joz Guitars Authorized Service Technician).
  12. Subjective factors such as tonal characteristics, grain patterns, color variation, or weight differences between instruments.
  
  Limitations of Liability
  
  This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Joz Guitars and is offered in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
  
  Joz Guitars shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this instrument. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply in certain cases.
  
  Legal Rights
  
  This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

Lead time for custom orders is approximately 8 to 16 weeks depending on the time of the year.

Lead time for available orders is 3 business days.

Wooden stringed instruments are sensitive to temperature and humidity. If your new guitar arrives in either very warm, cold or any other kind of extreme weather condition, please leave the instrument in the shipping box inside your residence and give it 24 hours to slowly acclimatize.

Returns

You must contact customer service to arrange a return before shipping. Items must be received by Joz Guitars within 30 days of the date of purchase.
